You've got questions, we've got answers! We get it, for many of you rental is a new thing, and we want to make it as simple and easy as possible. We've tried to answer all of your rental FAQs here, but feel free to reach out to us if you need any more help!
General
The calendar will allow you to select your desired delivery date if your booking period is available, otherwise your cursor will not permit you to click on certain dates if the dress is already being rented out.
In case you have issues with the sizing, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the dress, so that we can refund you with store credit.
For all purchases that aren't rentals, sale of items are FINAL, and cannot be exchanged nor returned.
We understand that accidents happen, so we provide free $20 dress insurance for any minor damages to give you peace of mind.
In the case you do severely damage the dress, please contact us right away.
If the dress is not repairable, unfortunately, you will be charged the replacement value of the dress up to the original market purchase price of the item.
We know that sometimes you’ll need the item with you for longer than the standard duration offered - ie. you have a destination wedding to attend.

Shipping
Standard shipping costs $8.90, and includes a prepaid return label.
Express shipping pricing can vary anywhere from $15-$30 depending on the weight of the items, and the urgency with which you need them.
If you do need to cancel your order, or make any changes, please contact us immediately.
Orders processed in the US will usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.
You will be emailed the postage information to track the delivery of your dress in advance, and it will arrive prior to your booking period.
Returns
Our business model relies heavily on timely returns; by returning your dress back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. No one wants to be left without a dress, so please make sure you return your dress on time!
In the case you don't return your items on time, you will incur a $20.00 late penalty for every day past your booking period. Late fees can total up to 200% of the dresses' retail value. If you are unable to return your items by 4pm on the last day of your booking period please contact us.
It is your responsibility to send the order back to us via USPS by the end of your booking period at your own expense. Please make sure to forward over tracking details to us via our contact page.

Simply send back your rental no later than 4pm local time the next day.
