HOW IT WORKS...

RENT
Find the perfect outfit that best suits your occasion, and then instantly book your look on our website!
When booking, choose how many days you are wanting to rent for, and select the date you want it to be delivered.
We recommend you input a delivery date at least 2 days prior to the event for which you're needing the dress.
WEAR
You will be sent the postage information to track the delivery of your dress in advance, and it will arrive prior to your booking period.
In case you have issues with the sizing, let us know within 24 hours of receiving the dress, so that we can refund you with store credit.
Now that you've got the dress, wear it, turn heads, and highlight your good taste to everyone at the event!
And if you want, tell people you rented it, or don't, it's your call!
RETURN
At the end of your rental period, just slip the dress into the prepaid packaging provided, and drop it off at your nearest USPS.
Don't worry about cleaning the dress, we've got you covered! As long as there isn't any permanent damage exceeding $20 in cost to repair, you won't be charged anything extra.

The calendar will allow you to select your desired delivery date if your booking period is available, otherwise your cursor will not permit you to click on certain dates if the dress is already being rented out.
Orders processed in the US will usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.
You will be emailed the postage information to track the delivery of your dress in advance, and it will arrive prior to your booking period.
Our business model relies heavily on timely returns; by returning your dress back late you are potentially inconveniencing another customer. No one wants to be left without a dress, so please make sure you return your dress on time!
In the case you don't return your items on time, you will incur a $20.00 late penalty for every day past your booking period. Late fees can total up to 200% of the dresses' retail value. If you are unable to return your items by 4pm on the last day of your booking period please contact us.
We know that sometimes you’ll need the item with you for longer than the standard duration offered - ie. you have a destination wedding to attend.
